Hi, my name is Nallely A. Parvin.

I was born in Mexico and was brought to America when I was around eight years old. My home in Mexico was small, and we lived on a dirt floor. Life was simple there, and I still miss it at times. My entire family is still in Mexico, including my aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other family members.

When I first came to America, I did not even realize I was in America. We lived in South Texas where my teachers spoke Spanish and everything around me felt familiar. Eventually, my parents packed up our family and moved to Arkansas. That is where I grew up, and it is where I met my husband.

We were both in JROTC together and were voted King and Queen during our military ball. He joined the Army, and I continued through high school. Then life took an unexpected turn.

At the time, I was not legal, and I was served papers to be deported. It was one of the most emotional days of my life. I truly believed I might never see my parents again. Just when I thought my future was uncertain, I received a message from my husband — "Hey, I have been thinking about you since high school." I responded, and the rest is history.

Since our marriage, I have been through a lot of deployments, ups and downs, and owned and operated a Family Child Care Center. Keeping our facility clean was not an option — it was a daily requirement. Especially during COVID.

Today, we are retired from service and my journey is the foundation on what this family owned and operated company is built from.

"I often tell people that I went from dirt floors to clean floors." That journey is the foundation of Pacific Monarch Cleaning Services. Every property we clean is treated with care, pride, and respect.

My husband was a former Ranger School Instructor and now a Coach, so he is the driving force behind the business. I am not here to take your money and waste your time. I am here to build a relationship and to earn your trust and business.
